1. The QCI Digital files are licensed for use on one computer for a period of two years from the date of purchase.

2. The license and file access fee is non-refundable.

3. Installation of the files and the viewer software requires Administrator rights on the computer.

4. The file contents cannot be printed, copied, modified, or extracted.

5. The viewer requires access to the internet at an interval of every 14 days to verify the user license.

6. This software is compatible only with the following operating systems: Microsoft Windows 11, 10, 8.1 or 7.

7. Digital files cannot be installed on a Mac, Mac Windows 10 emulator, Server, Android, iPhone, iPad, Chromebook, Linux, virtual computer, or viewed via a thin client.

8. All screen grabber programs, including Microsoft Office OneNote, must be closed.

9. Updates to the Digital files below may be obtained by downloading the current zip file(s).

Do not attempt to open the files below until you have installed the Viewer and the license file.
To accept the above terms, download the purchased file(s) by clicking on the appropriate link(s) below, and saving the file(s) to a local drive.
If the file save does not open, then right-click on the link, select Save link as..., and then save the file to a local drive.
Then double click on the locally saved zip file to extract the Digital .pdc file.
Double click on the .pdc file and the Viewer will automatically open.
